Q:          What are your hours of operation?

A:          Monday thru Friday  7:30 to 6:00

              Saturday  8:00 to 12:00

              Sunday CLOSED


Q:       What information do you need to order a part?

A:        In most cases all we will need is your vehicles VIN#.


Q:     What is your return policy?

A:     No returns on special ordered parts or electrical  parts. Restocking fee of 20% on all returned to stock parts. All special ordered parts must be prepaid.

Q:     What is the warranty on parts?

A:      All parts come with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first.

Q:       How long does it take to get a part?

A:        We have a wide selection of parts in stock but if for some reason we don't have the right part in stock we are able to obtain most parts overnight at no extra charge.
